  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Directions

    Put cake mix, oil, eggs, oranges and juice into mixer bowl. Mix until smooth, but no longer.

    Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.

    Bake at 325° for about 15 minutes or until cake tests done (don't overcook).

    Cool thoroughly before icing.
