- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives (use half), drained and chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, undrained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. 10-inch flour tortillas
- 1 jar commercial jalapeno salsa
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well.

2Spread 1 heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Tightly roll tortillas and wrap in wax paper.

3Chill 8 hours.

4Slice each tortilla into 1-inch slices and serve with salsa.

5Yields 7 dozen servings.
