- 2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- parsley to taste
- 20 flour tortilla shells
- 1 c. lite sour cream
- 2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. taco sauce
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Add taco seasoning, pepper (if desired), oregano, parsley and sour cream. Add 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 of the taco sauce, mixing well. Place 2 or more tablespoons of mixture on tortilla shell and roll up.

3Place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and the burritos are heated through.
