- 2 c. cooked, shredded beef, pork or chicken
- 2 c. cooked refried beans
- 6 large white flour tortillas
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 4 c. red or green chili sauce
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
Directions

1Put 1/4 cup beans and 1/4 cup meat on each tortilla.

2Top with onion and cheese, fold tortilla.

3Place on oven safe plate or casserole dish. Pour red or green chili sauce over burritos and garnish with remaining cheese.

4Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

5Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
