Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • onion (small)
  • 1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. El Paso taco sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • tortilla shells
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 oz. taco sauce
  • 1 can chili beef soup
  • Co-Jack shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown the hamburger and onion; drain fat. Add in the Parmesan cheese, taco sauce, refried beans, cumin and salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat until warm.

    Let cool.

    Heat oven to 350°. Put a large spoonful on tortilla shell and roll into a burrito. Place in pan.
