  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 cups ground meat or 4 cups cubed chicken
  • 2 12 cups canned red chili sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
  • monterey jack cheese

    Preheat the Grilling Machine for 3-5 minute.

    Add onions and garlic, close the lid and sautee for 1 minute.

    Add meat/chicken, close the lid, and cook for 3 min or until cooked through.

    Add red chili sauce and seasoning until mixed through and hot.

    Remove from grill.

    Roll into warmed flour tortillas and top with guacamole, sour cream, and shredded Jack cheese.
