  • 1 large can Red Chile sauce
  • 3 lbs. trimmed stew meat
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 or 2 cans green chile
  • Chopped green onions (about 1 bunch)
  • Flour tortillas

Directions

    Brown meat, cover with chile sauce and cook for about 4 hours.

    Put meat in tortillas and rol closing with a toothpick.

    Cover with auce and po with grated cheese, green chiles and onions.

    Bake at 375 for about 10 to 15 minutes.

    If you have refrigerated meat before assembling, warm it up.

    To warm up Burritos after defrosting Micro wave for 5 minutes at 80 degrees.
