- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix crushed cookies and butter together.

2Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze 1 hour.

3Let ice cream soften a little.

4Press it over crumbs.

5Sprinkle and press peanuts into ice cream.

6Freeze again.
