  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 9 oz. whip cream
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips

    Crust: Crush cookies and mix with 1/2 cup melted margarine. Pat all but 3/4 cup in a 9 x 13 pan. Freeze 1 hour.
