- 1 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shortening or lard
- 4 eggs
- 6 c. flour
- 2 c. sour cream
- sugar and cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and flour. Mix into a stiff dough.

3Let rise.

4Knead down and let rise again.

5Then roll out and put in two 9 x 13-inch pans. Let rise again.

6Spread 1 cup sour cream on top of each pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on each pan to taste.

7Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
