  • 1 packages Butioni stuffed chicken and prosciutto tortelloni shells
  • 1 packages spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slice swiss cheese
  • 1 small Gouda cheese (optional)
  • 1 small spoon full of ricotta cheese

    cook and drain shells for 8 minutes

    season spaghetti to taste

    pour spaghetti sauce in non stick pan (only half)

    layer ricotta cheese

    add shells

    add gouda cheese

    add remaining sauce

    add swiss cheese

    add mozzarella

    cook for 15 mins or until cheese is bubbly
