- 1 box butter brickle cake mix or any flavor you choose
- 1 box instant coconut pudding
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and blend together on medium beater setting until thoroughly mixed together.

2Pour the mixture evenly into 5 small 2 1/2 x 5-inch loaf pans.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 300° and bake an additional 40 to 45 minutes.

5Let cool and remove from pans.
