- 1 1/2 lb. sourdough bread (Hawaiian bread)
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
Directions

1Saute onion, celery, green pepper and rosemary in margarine. Cook spinach as directed on box.

2Drain and squeeze all water out. Put Velveeta cheese in with sauteed onion, celery and green pepper.

3Add spinach.
