Hawaii Spinach Loaf

  • 1 1/2 lb. sourdough bread (Hawaiian bread)
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves

Directions

    Saute onion, celery, green pepper and rosemary in margarine. Cook spinach as directed on box.

    Drain and squeeze all water out. Put Velveeta cheese in with sauteed onion, celery and green pepper.

    Add spinach.

    Mix.
