  • 2 lbs chicken, boneless and skinless
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 14 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 cardamom pods, bruised
  • 1 12 cups tomatoes, pureed
  • 14 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

    Trim fat from chicken and cube.

    In crockpot first 9 ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.

    Combine yoghurt and cornstarch.

    Turn slow cooker to high and add yoghurt mixture along with remaining ingredients.

    Cook another 10 min or until sauce has thickened.

    Serve with steamed rice.
