Butter Chicken Pizza

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Small Chicken Breasts, Diced
  • 1 jar (14 Oz. Size) Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Chili Sauce
  • 1 whole Prepared Pizza Dough Spread On A Nonstick Cookie Sheet
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Grated Mozzarella
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    In a medium saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat.

    Add chicken breasts and saute until browned and cooked through.

    Add the jarred butter chicken sauce and the Sriracha.

    Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat.

    Set aside.

    Top the prepared pizza dough with the butter chicken; you may not need all the chicken and sauce.

    Then add the tomatoes, followed by the mozzarella.

    Bake for 15 minutes and then lower heat to 375 degrees F and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is browned and the crust is golden.

    Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the cilantro.

    Allow the pizza to cool in the pan for 5-6 minutes.

    Move to a cutting board and slice into squares.
