Butter Cinnamon Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (small box)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Mix together cake mix and pudding mix.

    Add water, oil, eggs and flavoring. Beat with mixer until well blended.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

    Pour half of the batter into a well-greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon and sugar mixture over batter.

    Add rest of batter.

    Sprinkle rest of cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Let cool in pan. Remove and glaze with confectioners sugar.
