  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 1 (7 oz.) bag flaked coconut
  • 3 to 4 unbaked pie shells

    Melt margarine. Add sugar, creaming well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, drained pineapple and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
