- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and drained
- 1 (7 oz.) bag flaked coconut
- 3 to 4 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Melt margarine. Add sugar, creaming well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, drained pineapple and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
