- 8 cups Plain White Popcorn, Popped
- 2 cups Mixed Nuts, Salted And Roasted
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cups Corn Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions

1Pop the corn in oil, then spread the popped corn on a large greased sheet pan.

2Mix in the salted nuts and set aside.

3In a heavy large skillet, melt butter and combine with sugar, salt and corn syrup.

4Stir well & let simmer over medium heat, without stirring, until the mixture reaches 302 degrees on a candy thermometer.

5Carefully swirl the pan every few minutes.

6When candy is ready, stir in the vanilla and carefully pour the mixture over the popcorn and nuts.

7Stir to coat and let cool at least an hour.

8Store in an airtight container.
