- 2 C. Flour
- 2 C. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 sticks butter
Directions

1Blend cottage cheese in a blender or cuisinart by itself. Cream butter, add blended cottage cheese.

2Cream until smooth. Add flour.

3Mix till well blended.

4Separate dough into 4 pieces. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 4 hours (or overnight).

5Flour board (as for pie crust).

6Roll into circle and cut (each of 4 pieces) into 16 pieces.

7Roll from large end to small end to form a croissant.

8Grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Frost.

11Best if serve warm but delicious all ways.
