  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 box (3 oz.) lime jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. butter mints, crushed or Brach's white with green centers
  • 1 large Cool Whip

    Mix dry jello with pineapple; mix well.

    Add marshmallows and mints.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, fold in Cool Whip and mix well.
