  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mochiko (3 1/2 c.)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. fresh milk
  • 1 block butter, melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 can coconut milk

    Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

    Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl and then combine together.

    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for one hour.
