  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 box instant coconut pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. very hot water
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil together thoroughly. Add hot water and poppy seed.

    Blend well.

    Bake in 3 small greased loaf pans at 350° until tests done.

    Serve with cream cheese.
