- 2 c. heavy cream and 2 c. light cream or can use 4 c. Milnot for both heavy and light cream
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except nuts.

2Freeze in electric freezer for 20 minutes.

3Add nuts and continue freezing until done.
