  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans, cut in half

    Stir butter to soften and add sugar, slowly beating mixture until fluffy.

    Add salt and syrup.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg.

    Stir in pecans and pour into graham cracker crust.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool for 3 hours.
