Butter Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen Rhodes dinner rolls (balls of dough)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 box butterscotch pudding
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Spray Bundt pan with Pam.

    Place 24 frozen rolls around inside of pan.

    Sprinkle butterscotch pudding over rolls.

    Melt butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.

    Add chopped pecans and pour over rolls. Spray a piece of foil and cover Bundt pan. Refrigerate overnight or on counter for several hours.

    Remove foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes only.

    Loosen edges.

    Place large plate over pan, invert and allow ring of rolls to fall from pan onto the plate.

    Slice or break apart to eat.
