Butter Rum Pound Cake

  • 1 pkg. SuperMoist butter yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. rum extract

    Generously grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Beat dry cake mix, dry pudding mix and remaining ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed, 30 seconds, then medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.
