Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
- 2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped celery or water chestnuts
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Tabasco sauce (several dashes)
Directions

1Drain cooked spinach well and mix with all other ingredients. Shape into balls.

2Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

3Can be frozen before baking to use later.

4Makes 60 to 70 balls.
