  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 butter cake mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small powdered sugar

Directions

    Melt butter and add 1 egg and cake mix.
  2. 2
    Press into bottom of oblong cake pan.
  3. 3
    Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla together and pour on top of cake mixture.
  4. 4
    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
