  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. currants or raisins

Directions

    In bowl, cream margarine, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir in eggs, currants or raisins.

    Fill tart shells almost full. Bake in 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool on rack before removing from pans.
