- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. currants or raisins
Directions

1In bowl, cream margarine, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir in eggs, currants or raisins.

2Fill tart shells almost full. Bake in 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Cool on rack before removing from pans.
