  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

    Wash carrots and peel.

    Cut in squares.

    Add 3 tablespoons of butter.

    Have low fire and add 1/2 cup of water.

    Let cook slow, stirring so carrots won't burn.

    If you want them sweetened, add sugar to taste.
