- 3 Tbsp. butter

1Wash carrots and peel.

3Add 3 tablespoons of butter.

4Have low fire and add 1/2 cup of water.

5Let cook slow, stirring so carrots won't burn.

6If you want them sweetened, add sugar to taste.
