  • lemon juice to season chicken breasts
  • breadcrumbs
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder

  • flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • butter for frying steaks, enough to cover the pan
  • 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 lemon juice
  • broccoli baked
  • mashed potatoes Homemade

Directions

    Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.

    Mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, garlic powder, and ground parsley.

    Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

    Fry in a bit of butter (enough to cover the skillet).

    Heat the butter, white wine, and lemon juice to a boil, then reduce heat.
