- 2 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. plain flour
- 2 large eggs or 3 medium
- 5 oz. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 oz. coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix sugar and butter.

3Sift into this mixture the salt and flour.

4Add eggs and blend.

5While blending, add water and vanilla and coconut.

6Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes on middle rack.

7Lower rack to lowest point and bake additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.

8Let cool before serving.
