- 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Wash green beans; trim ends and remove strings.

2Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven.

3Add beans; cover, reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Drain and toss beans with butter.
