- dry oregano
- parsley
- ground cloves; 3-4 cloves garlic minced; 1 tsp salt
Directions

1Spread lamb flat. Trim edges if desired. Combine sour cream with seasonings. Cover both sides of lamb thickly. Marinate at room temp 3-4 hours. Grill over hot coals till pink.
