- 14 cup warm water
- 14 ounce dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 34 cup milk
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 4 12 cups flour
Directions

1Stir first 3 ingredients to dissolve.

2Warm milk and dissolve butter in milk.

3spoon stir all ingredients except flour.

4add 1/2 flour and spoon stir.

5add remaining flour and turn on lightly floured board.

6Knead until smoothe and elastic (about 5 min).

7Round up in greased bowl -- greased side up.

8Cover with damp cloth.

9Let rise in warm place until double.

10Punch down and let rise again til double.

11Divide dough into 1/3s.

12roll out dough and cut about 8 rolls in triangle shapes.

13roll up and let rise (15-20 min).

14Bake at 400 for 10-12 minute.
