- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 4 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Break yeast in lukewarm water to dissolve.

2Add sugar, eggs, shortening, and flour last.

3Put in refrigerator overnight.

4Take out portion to use and roll 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut into triangles and roll towards small end.

6Let stand 2 1/2 hours to raise.

7Bake 15 minutes at 375° in oven.
