- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (115~ to 120~)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt, beaten eggs and melted shortening (not too hot).

3Mix in flour and refrigerate overnight.

4Divide dough in 2 parts and mix in a little more flour (enough to roll out).

5Roll each part in a circle and cut in wedges.

6Brush each with butter and roll in a horn.

7Place on a cookie sheet and let rise 3 to 4 hours.

8Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.
