  • 3 c. cake flour, sifted 4 times with 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk

    Cream butter, eggs and sugar.

    Add flour and fold in buttermilk last.

    Bake in a tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
