- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, chives, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.

2Stir together the buttermilk and oil; pour into flour mixture.

3Stir with a fork until combined.

4Drop onto a greased baking sheet in 6 mounds. Bake in 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.

5Serve warm.
