- 2 small or 1 large box strawberry jello
- 1 large can pineapple (crushed; undrained)
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (13 oz.) carton nondairy topping
Directions

1Mix jello with pineapple and bring to a boil.

2Let cool to room temperature.

3Stir in buttermilk and whipped topping until well blended.

4Pour in molds or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Refrigerate.

5(I grease my dish with mayonnaise.)
