- 2 deep-dish pie crusts
- 5 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Mix melted butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.

3Add buttermilk and vanilla.

4Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; decrease oven temperature to 350° and bake for 30 minutes or until center is set, rises and cracks open.

5Makes 2 pies.
