  • 2 pie shells
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Bake pie shells for 5 minutes; let cool.
