  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk (if you don't have buttermilk, mix 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice to 1 c. milk)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar (1/2 cup at a time); add eggs 1 at a time.

    Add flour, buttermilk and pecans.

    Fill unbaked pie shell. Cook at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
