- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar and buttermilk in blender.

2Add melted butter and vanilla.

3Blend well.

4Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

5Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

6Reduce temperature to 300° and bake approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned and custard is set.
