  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Combine eggs, sugar and buttermilk in blender.

    Add melted butter and vanilla.

    Blend well.

    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Reduce temperature to 300° and bake approximately 30 minutes or until lightly browned and custard is set.
