  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

    Bake pie crust according to pkg. directions. In a mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, and flour on medium speed until blended; add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, shielding edges with foil after 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
