- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour (plain or self-rising)
- 1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal mix (plain or self-rising)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1In blender, blend eggs, then buttermilk and then remaining ingredients for approximately 1 minute.

2Pour into pie shell. Bake on middle rack for approximately 55 minutes at 375°, or until brown on top.
