  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) buttermilk
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted butter
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 9 inch pie crust

    Beat eggs until smooth.

    Add buttermilk and mix well.

    Add sugar, flour, butter and vanilla.

    Mix to blend and pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center, comes out clean.
