  • 3 -4 boiled sweet potatoes or 2 (16 ounce) cans sweet potatoes
  • 12 cup butter, room temperature
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Directions

    Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer.

    Bake in buttered round baking dish (1 1/2 quart) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
