- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 small can milk (add water to make cup)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
- 2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Cream the shortening, sugar and salt; add eggs.

2Add milk and flour.

3Fold in flavoring by hand.

4Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325°.

5Don't open oven while baking.
