- 3 c. flour
- 1 small can milk (add water to make 1 c.)
- 2 sticks margarine
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Directions

1Cream the shortening, sugar and salt.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add flour and milk alternately, ending with flour.

4Fold in flavoring by hand.

5Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325°.
